We promise to get you in, out and on with your life as quickly as possible. And we design and operate our Patient Service Centers (PSCs) with the goal of making your experience as comfortable as possible for the short time you are in our facility. Television and magazines are available in the waiting areas. Our friendly and professional phlebotomists are experienced in drawing blood from children as well as adults. Our waiting areas are comfortable for adults and children alike. We act on monthly feedback received from patients to continually improve your experience. At HNL, we always put our patients first.

All HNL Patients Services Centers are now able to provide patients with interpretation services in over 150 languages. Specially trained medical interpreters will interact with patients with limited English proficiency to facilitate better phlebotomy-to-patient communication. Providing complete and accurate interpretation, as well as complete confidentiality can improve patients' accessibility to our diagnostic testing services and in the quality of service HNL provides.

* Health Network Laboratories provides lab testing services at the following Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) locations. Patient billing and test fees for specimens collected at these sites are the responsibility of LVHN.

AETNA HMO, Keystone Health Plan East or Keystone Health Plan Central does not provide coverage for lab testing services at these locations. LVHN may bill you privately for lab services from these insurance companies.
