On August 5, 2017, Health Network Laboratories (HNL) will update its security protocol to align with new industry regulations for security and data integrity. These regulations are for ALL secure online sites, in addition to your MyHNLAccess account. You may see similar messages from other accounts if you are using an out-of-date internet browser (such as Internet Explorer.)
If you don’t update your browser’s security, then access to your MyHNLAccess information could be blocked. At HNL, we take privacy seriously and these updated regulations allow us to better protect your confidential information. Please follow these instructions to update your browser.
To access this website, enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
Click the gear or Tools, and then select Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab, and then select Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2.
For more security, deselect Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0.
If no websites that you use require TLS 1.0, deselect Use TLS 1.0.
