Group Term Life Insurance Offered to employees working 16 hours or more per week, there is no cost for this benefit.
Short Term Disability Offered to employees working 40 hours or more per week, there is no cost for this benefit.
Long Term Disability Offered to employees working 40 hours or more per week, there is no cost for this benefit.
Sick Plan Full time employees earn 8 hours per month, part time employees working more than 20 hours earn 4 hours per month
Paid Time Off Generous time off plan that allows employees to begin accruing time off the day they begin employment.
Pension Plan Superb plan that is provided at no cost to employees who meet the eligibility criteria
401k Plan Allows employees to defer up to 13,000 of compensation per year.
Employees working 16-39 hours a week are eligible to purchase Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance on their initial hire date. Employees scheduled to work 40 hours per week are eligible for fully paid Medical coverage following three months of employment and are able purchase medical coverage from the inception of their employment.
We also offer free parking, on site cafeteria and recreational and social programs.
