| Dr. Grau received her MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her pathology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and her fellowship in Gastrointestinal/Liver Pathology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Grau is a member of the College of American Pathologists, is published in the area of Hematopathology and presented on topics including; Proliferative Stem Cell Compartment of the Colon in Ulcerative Colitis. |
