If users do not delete their internet cookies you may experience difficulty searching for patient results within the Rapid Labs Reports™ system.Click for instructions on how to delete all cookies
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies and Delete Files.
Click on the version of Internet Explorer you currently have to view an illustration.
