How do I access Health Network Laboratories website?

1.    Locate your internet browser, example: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari

 

 

 

2.    Double click on the icon to open up the browser to connect to the Internet.

 

 

3.    When the browser opens click in the Address bar.

 

 

4.    Type the HNL Web address http://www.healthnetworklabs.com into the address bar.

 

 

 

5.    Click the blue arrow  button to go to the Web page.

 

 

 

6.    HNL’s home page will display:

 

 

How do I add/update My Favorites?

Add the web address to your favorites

(note: the favorite you have currently saved is possibly an old web address and will not go to the website)

 

 

1.    Click the "Favorites" button near the top of the browser.

2.    Click on “Add Favorites”

3.    A box pops up  “Add a  Favorites”

4.    Click on Add

5.    Click yes to overwrite  the old web address

6.    Open your favorites to make you sure see Health Network Laboratories

 

Where do I find the Healthcare Professional Portal on HNL’s homepage?

1.    Locate the  Healthcare Professionals Portal link at the top right of the website under the search box

2.    or under the quick links box located in the bottom right of the website


 How do I log on to the Healthcare Professionals Portal?

Log on to Healthcare Professionals Portal with your Username and with the Password provided  by  HNL.


 

1.    Click in the username box,

2.    Enter your information that was provided by HNL

3.    Click in the password box

4.    Enter your information that was provided by HNL

Sample: of Username:  FirstName.LastName   Password: provided by hnl

DO NOT use your Rapid Labs™ Reports,  Rapid Labs™ Web E/R,   ClientPortal /  Fast Orders Username and Password. IF YOU DO YOU WILL GET LOCKED OUT

 Note Once  you are logged  into the Healthcare Professionals Portal you can access  Rapid Labs™ Reports, Rapid Labs™ Web E/R,  ClientPortal /  Fast Orders  applications in the left hand menu.

 

5.    When you have successfully entered you will see the screen below

Inside the portal you can access  Rapid Labs™ Reports, Rapid Labs™ Web E/R,  ClientPortal /  Fast Orders  applications using  the  appropriate  passwords  for  those applications.

 

 

The links are located in the left hand menu under Portal Links.
