Cardiovascular Pathology
The HNL Center for Anatomic Pathology's Division of Cardiovascular Pathology focuses on diseases of the heart and blood vessels and is an integral part of Lehigh Valley Health Network's program for the study and treatment of heart disease. In addition to our work with the hospital's cardiologists and transplant surgeons, we collaborate with clinicians and pathologists around the region. Our experienced pathologists in combination with a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, enables us to provide accurate diagnosis and second opinions as well as sound recommendations for treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Our board-certified pathologists are expert in the diagnosis of diseases such as Cardiomyopathies, Myocarditis, Endocarditis, Pericarditis, Vasculitis, Heart Transplant Rejection in addition to Valvular, Neoplastic and Congenital Heart Disease.
